I am a mother of a daughter who is 19 months old. Recently the father was legally declared the father after he online pharmacy without a prescription didn’t take DNA tests and refused to contact the court. He has never met my daughter and doesn’t want to be in her life. I would like to get him to sign over his rights. I have gotten married and my husband would like to adopt her.
